Why is the Ultimate Performance Power Plan not a recommended power plan by Windows if it is so good at making systems run smoothly?
Can you work the whole day at your peak? Don’t you need rest?
The same is for PCs. If the ultimate mode of power plan is ON, the PC will be working 100% at all the time and will become eventually heated more than 85–90 degrees.
With time, the components will get damaged and longevity will be reduced.
It will affect the microcomponents over time and even your battery.
This is why it is hidden in the power plans and you need to manually activate it.
Use it only when you require to do huge calculations, simulations or some intensive games. Otherwise not.
