Try to write what you are planning to do tomorrow.
Promising yourself looking at the mirror that tomorrow you will give your best no matter what happens, without expecting anything.
Nothing is in our control, so relax.
Taking a bath before you are going to sleep helps me a lot.
Keeping laptop, smartphone etc away from bed.
I think these above points can help you.
IF NOTHING WORKS......................
Close your eyes on the bed, switch off all lights, start counting from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 and so on by ONLY FOCUSSING on that number.
