Is it worth going into academia?

 Always worth if you love doing research as well as teaching. 

It depends on where your passion lies. 

Although job opportunities are low, but it is worth opting for if you want to have your own laboratory alongside you enjoy teaching the students too. 

You will have the freedom to do research as you like and guide many potential research scholars too. Work-life balance will be quite good in academia. 

On the downside, it pays you lesser than in Industries, but that is what you have to find out where your interest lies.

Decomposition of Diacetone Alcohol – Dilatometry Method Aim To study the kinetics of the decomposition of diacetone alcohol at 25 °C in the presence of alkali using the dilatometric method.
